Your own Minecraft server, free

Make your own Minecraft server on MineSMP. Start free, pick Paper, Fabric, Forge or Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, and let friends join at your name on minesmp.gg.

Make a Minecraft server for you and your friends. Pick a name, and players join at that name on minesmp.gg from Minecraft: Java Edition or Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. You can run Paper, Vanilla, Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, Purpur and Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, and proxies.

The free server is for you and a few friends: it sleeps a few minutes after the last player leaves and wakes when someone joins. Standard plans start at $5.99 a month and Performance plans, on Ryzen 9 9950X processors and NVMe storage, at $6.99 a month. Every server has DDoS protection and a control panel with a console, a file manager, plugins and modpacks, and paid servers let you take backups.

You do not need an account to start: we ask for your email when you create the server and send you a link to set a password later.
