Refund policy

When MineSMP refunds a rank, a credit pack or a server, and how to ask for a refund.

Ask for a refund within 24 hours of a new purchase, or within 48 hours of a renewal, under Account, Purchases. We never refund a payment in cryptocurrency, and a full refund ends the purchase at once.
